Ray Warner
Professor
of law and associate dean of bankruptcy studies at St. John's University School
of Law in New York
Warner taught
bankruptcy law at UMKC from 1985 to 2003 and counts Judge Koger as an important
mentor. Warner has published numerous books and articles on bankruptcy,
commercial law and consumer law and has consulted in major bankruptcy and
consumer law cases. He has served in leadership roles in national and
international insolvency organizations. He currently supervises the American
College of Bankruptcy’s International Bankruptcy course and serves as course
leader for the INSOL Global Insolvency Practice course for established
cross-border practitioners.
